A year ago I met J. at an event where I had the chance to photographer her with one of her favorite celebrity Chef’s, Carla Hall. I remember her being so nice and telling me that maybe one day she could hire me to take photos of their future baby. Well… 9 months later I received an e-mail from her asking if I could take photos of her new baby girl! I don’t know if she knew at the time that she was pregnant, but I was so excited for her! We waited three months and decided to do photos when baby C. got a bit older. I had so much fun with the S. family and feel privileged to have been asked to capture these images. 
I did this session back in May with the F family. Little Forte was just adorable and I had a lot of fun capturing these images. Thank you guys for being so wonderful to work with!

Dana and Jake are the cutest couple ever! Seriously, I had the best time photographing these two at Jake’s family dairy farm that has been in his family for several generations (so cool!). I even got to meet the premature cow that Jake have taken special care of. This was the first time having a farm as the backdrop for a session and I just LOVED it! I cannot wait for their wedding October! Thank you both for being such wonderful people

In April I had the opportunity to photograph this lovely family. They surprised their parents with a photo-shoot for their son’s 1st birthday. We chose Dumbarton Oaks in Georgetown, Washington DC. The flowers were in full bloom and the whole session was magical. I know I should only share a few but I loved so many, I added all my favoritesEnjoy!

I know that this post it backwards (I blogged their wedding before their engagement) but I just had to post these photos of Brittany and Eric at from their downtown Annapolis engagement session last March. I love Annapolis and the water and it made the perfect backdrop to capture the romance between these two best friends. Brittany and Eric, thanks being such wonderful clients!
