Hi Everyone and thank you for checking out my website! I always tell pepole that I have the best job in the world... I get to document people's lives, and provide them memories that are cherished for lifetimes. My favorite thing to hear form people is when they say, "You really captured us." Photography is all about capturing that moments that really tell the story of you, your family, or your special day.

Style

Portraits:

My style is relaxed, non intrusive, and fun! This may be contrary to any past experiences you have had or stories that you have been told, but having photos taken can actually be fun! The key is for you to be relaxed. I don't care if your child doesn't sit still. My purpose is to capture your family as they are, not sitting stiffly for a formal portrait. Some of the best shots happen when everyone stops worrying about sitting still and has a little fun!

Weddings:

My style is relaxed, fun, and natural... My goal is to capture the emotions that tell the real story of the day; the laughter, the joy, the tears, and the deep love. I shoot all digital, and through post porcessing create a variety of sepia, black and white, and vibrant color photos.

Where do I work?

In an effort to keep my shoots casual and relaxed, I come to you! I can meet you at your home, a park, or other favorite location. If you can't decide, I am happy to make recommendations. I work with natural light and flash so there is no worry about being at the mercy of the DC weather.

Although I am based in MD, I am happy to travel to DC, northern VA, and Baltimore for shoots. The first 15 miles travel from Gaithersburg, MD, is included in your sitting fee, and a $25 travel fee applies for every 15 miles after that. (i.e., 45 miles away = $50 travel fee).
